DRE Oar Tower w/ Bushing

The Down River Oar Tower w/ Bushing is our standard oar tower upgraded with bushings to prolong the life of the tower. Aluminum is a softer metal, in general, so we drill out our standard tower and press in oil impregnated Bronze bushings.   

The Down River Oar Tower w/ bushing is cast out of Aluminum and has a 12 degree angle in the head. The Down River Oar tower w/ bushing fits all 5/8in oar locks or pins. We make our Down River Oar Towers using 1.5in (XD) pipe and use a reducing Oar Tower Base to allow it to fit onto frames made out of 1.25in pipe (LD). The oar base and lock are not included.
