Methyl Ethyl Keytone based adhesive with accelerator. Use for secure adhesion of PVC, Hapalon or Urethane raft materials.
For repair, you will also need Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK), a roller rasp, your patch material or add-on (like a D-Ring, foot cup, or handle), and 180 grit sandpaper.
